What does Contention Ratio mean?

This refers to how many times the Internet Service provider shares their bandwidth with other clients.

Nepic is 5:1 ADSL is roughly 30:1

This means you truly will receive faster internet

How much does installation cost?

Installation costs vary between all our packages, please view our Wireless packages and Fibre packages respectively and click sign up to view all costs involved

Does Nepic offer Static IP Addresses?

Nepic does offer static IP addresses. Business package get a free static IP and Home package for an additional R100.

Can I add multiple devices to my WIFI connection?

Yes. The Nepic service allows you to link all your laptops, PC’s, mobile devices and tablets to the network.

Why do I need a Site Survey conducted?

A Site Survey is necessary to ensure a smooth installation process. This allows us to determine if we will be able to provide you with Internet access in your area and then to establish exactly where best to install the equipment.

What do I do when I have a technical Issue
